Managed VA Solutions is the Employer of Record fee plus a management fee, shown as two separate numbers rather than one bundled figure, so you can see exactly what the management layer costs. If you would rather handle the management yourself, Employer of Record gives you the same employment structure without it, and you can move between the two at any time without changing your staff member’s employment.
