Clear pricing
You see exactly what your team member is paid
Many offshore staffing providers quote one monthly price and keep the difference between that figure and what the staff member is paid. We show you both numbers.
Your invoice shows your team member’s salary, statutory contributions and 13th month pay, all passed on at cost, with our fee listed separately. We pay above local market rates for each role so we can attract the best candidates.

Our $500 fee includes Employer of Record. We employ your team member, run payroll and compliance, and stay involved with reviews, check-ins and help when problems come up.
