Joe
Joe has owned AJ Insurance, an Australian insurance brokerage, for nine years. His offshore team there is an operations manager, two assistant account brokers and a claims manager.
IT and cyber security
Jordan
Jordan brings close to ten years of enterprise IT and cyber security experience. If your new team member will work with client data, he is the director to ask about secure access and logins.
Privacy and compliance
Jim
Jim is part of the Digitek IT leadership team, with a background in technology leadership, privacy and compliance. Healthcare and NDIS providers will find he understands the privacy obligations that come with their records.

We are the legal employer and handle payroll and compliance. You manage the day to day work.

Everything in Employer of Record, plus reviews, check-ins and help when problems come up.
Business Process Outsourcing
$1,200
Per person, per month, excluding GST, for teams of 8 or more.

Frequently asked questions
Which industries do you recruit offshore staff for?
We recruit for insurance brokers, IT and managed service providers, accounting and bookkeeping practices, healthcare and NDIS providers, legal practices, real estate and creative businesses. If your industry isn’t listed, tell us what the role involves and we will tell you straight whether it suits offshore.
Will my new team member know the software we use?
We screen candidates for experience in your field and the software you already use, such as Xero and MYOB for bookkeeping or the broking systems used by insurance brokers. You interview the shortlist and decide who joins your team.
Are your staff qualified professionals, such as BAS agents, paralegals or nurses?
Our team members support your processes and work under your direction. Unless a candidate holds the relevant qualification and the work is allowed where they are based, they are not a registered BAS agent, lawyer, paralegal or clinician, and we will be upfront about that when we recruit.
How do you keep our client data secure?
Every team member gets their own logins, limited access and multi-factor authentication, and secure cloud PCs are available through Digitek IT. Access to your systems and client data stays under your control.
How much does an offshore staff member cost?
Employer of Record is $200, Team Support is $500 and Business Process Outsourcing is $1,200 per person, per month, excluding GST. Salary, statutory contributions and 13th month pay are passed on at cost, and there is no recruitment or setup fee.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no lock-in contract, and you can end the arrangement with 30 days notice.
