We become the legal employer of your offshore staff member and handle the employment side, while you manage their work.
We look after
Recruitment, the employment contract, payroll, statutory contributions, leave and local compliance.
You look after
Their day to day work, training and performance.
Best for support after the hire
Team Support
$500
Per person, per month, excluding GST, with Employer of Record included.
Employer of Record with ongoing support added, for you and your staff member.
We look after
Everything in Employer of Record, plus performance reviews, check-ins, help with problems and absences, communication training and productivity reporting.

We advertise, screen and interview candidates, with no recruitment or setup fee.
Wages passed on at cost
Salary, statutory contributions and 13th month pay are passed on at cost, on top of the published monthly price.
Unlimited replacements
If someone does not work out, we recruit a replacement, as many times as it takes.
No lock-in contract
There is no minimum term, and you can end the arrangement with 30 days notice.
Sydney business hours
Your staff work Sydney business hours, so they are available when you are.
Australian owned and run
You deal with an Australian business, on Australian time.

Start with what you want to hand over and how involved you want to be in managing your staff.
Employer of Record may suit you if
- You are comfortable managing your staff member's day to day work, training and performance.
- You want the employment side handled for the lowest monthly fee.
- You already have someone in the Philippines and want them employed through us.
Team Support may suit you if
- You want help with performance reviews, check-ins and problems as they come up.
- You want communication training and productivity reporting for your staff member.
- You want to decide what they work on, with us working alongside you both.
Business Process Outsourcing may suit you if
- You want to hand over a whole workload or function, not just one role.
- You need a team of 8 or more people.
- You want office space, hardware and a team manager provided.
You can move between Employer of Record and Team Support later. The difference is $300 per person, per month.

What is the difference between Employer of Record and Team Support?
With Employer of Record, we are the legal employer and handle payroll and compliance, and you manage your staff member’s work, training and performance. Team Support includes everything in Employer of Record, plus performance reviews, check-ins, help with problems and absences, communication training and productivity reporting. Employer of Record is $200 and Team Support is $500 per person, per month, excluding GST.
Can I change options later?
Yes. You can move between Employer of Record and Team Support, and the difference is $300 per person, per month. If your team grows to 8 or more people, we can talk through whether Business Process Outsourcing suits.
Are wages included in the monthly price?
No. The published price is our fee per person, per month, excluding GST. Your staff member’s salary, statutory contributions and 13th month pay are passed on at cost.
Is hardware included?
Hardware is included with Business Process Outsourcing. For Employer of Record and Team Support, hardware and IT are quoted separately, and secure cloud PCs are available through Digitek IT.
Do I need a company overseas to hire offshore staff?
No. Digitek is the legal employer in all three options, so your staff are employed through us.
Are there any recruitment or setup fees?
No. Recruitment and setup are included in every option, and if someone does not work out, we recruit a replacement as many times as it takes.
Is there a minimum term?
No. There is no lock-in contract in any option, and you can end the arrangement with 30 days notice.
